1. The seller must send photos of the plants purchased by the customer
  2. Seller shall provide phytosanitary and invoice (optional)
  3. The seller is responsible for inspection in Indonesia. once the package is shipped, all inspection in the destination country is the responsibility of the buyer
  4. Buyer is required to provide shipping instructions to comply with destination country regulations
  5. If no instructions are given, then the seller will use the usual standards and the buyer has no right to sue if there is a problem.
  6. All problems will be resolved in a family manner
  7. It is possible that there will be damage to the plant and this is a shipping risk that must be accepted by the buyer.
  8. If the plants sent are damaged or rotten, a replacement will be given on the condition of placing a reorder. And the damaged plants will be sent together with the new order.
  9. There are no refunds unless other terms are agreed upon.
  10. All taxes and inspection fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
  11. Applicable regulations in Indonesia for exports are required to apply for an export license which is a prerequisite for making phytosanitary. so consumers must wait for the export license to be issued.
  12. Every shipment made will be checked through laboratory tests by the Indonesian plant quarantine agency. So consumers must wait for the check to be completed
  13. The process of applying for an export license and checking the laboratory is about 1-2 weeks
